We do not own, sell, store, package, ship, or deliver products listed by merchants on our platform.
Any transaction, agreement, or communication is strictly between the merchant and the customer. Merchants are solely responsible for the products/services they advertise and sell, including pricing, availability, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer support.
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, or business results. Any examples, metrics, or estimates shown on our website or dashboard are informational and may not reflect actual results for every user.
We work to maintain a safe platform, but you understand that we cannot fully control or guarantee the identity, conduct, quality, safety, or legality of merchants or customers.

Merchants must operate lawfully and honestly. Customers should only transact with merchants they trust and should take reasonable precautions before paying.
Merchants may upload content such as product photos, logos, names, descriptions, brand assets, and promotional media (“User Content”). Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use and publish this content.
WassapShop does not verify ownership of User Content and is not liable for copyright, trademark, or other IP violations committed by users. If you upload or publish User Content, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove content, disable storefronts, or suspend accounts if we believe there is IP infringement or abuse.
You may not use WassapShop to:

If you accept payments (including bank transfer or third-party payment providers), you are responsible for verifying payments and handling refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. WassapShop is not liable for failed payments, fake alerts, chargeback losses, payment reversals, or banking/provider downtime.
WassapShop may integrate with or link to third-party services (including WhatsApp, payment processors, hosting, analytics, and messaging tools). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, outages, account bans, or losses caused by their actions.
WassapShop is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WassapShop disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WassapShop and its founders, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from:

If you believe a storefront or listing violates the law or infringes intellectual property rights, you may report it to us. We may request supporting documents and may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.
Merchants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, and consumer protection obligations in their operating region, including rules relating to advertising, product safety, privacy, and refunds.
