What exactly is WassapShop?
WassapShop is a tool that turns your product list into a beautiful mini-website. Customers browse your items, add them to a cart, and when they click "Checkout," the order is sent to you as a formatted WhatsApp message. It removes the back-and-forth of "How much is this?" and "Do you have this in stock?"
Is it really free?
Yes! Our Starter Plan is free forever. It lets you sell up to 5 products. We don't take any commission on your sales. If you need unlimited products and advanced features like the "Verified Badge," you can upgrade to our Pro Plan.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your store is a simple link (e.g., wassap.shop/yourbrand). Customers can open it on any phone or computer without downloading anything.
💸 Payments & Money
How do I get paid?
We do not hold your money. You arrange payment directly with your customer via WhatsApp (e.g., Bank Transfer or Paystack Payment Links). This means you get your money instantly—no waiting for payouts.
Does WassapShop take a commission?
Zero. We charge 0% commission on your sales. You keep 100% of the profit.
Can I accept international orders?
Yes. Since the checkout happens on WhatsApp, you can chat with the customer and arrange international shipping and payment methods that work for you (like PayPal or Chipper Cash).

Can I track my sales?
Yes. Your dashboard includes a simple analytics overview that shows you how many people have viewed your store and clicked on your products.
How does the Facebook Pixel work?
If you run ads on Instagram or Facebook, you can paste your Pixel ID in your dashboard. This allows you to track who visits your store and retarget them with ads later. (Pro Plan only).

Can I use my own domain name?
Currently, all stores use the wassap.shop/yourname format. This is designed to be short and trustworthy. Custom domain support is coming in a future update!
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Simply click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email, and we will send you a secure link to reset it.
